I don't know of any admin that would perma-ban for one instance of TK'ng.  If they did I think we would mildly discuss their rush to judgement....  Seems lately I have found some would be righteous spots for strategic belly lying, then I end up with a few TK's.  99% of the time it's just "crap happens".  You may hear an apology, you may not.  Doesn't mean they intentionally TK'd anyone.  But if you got banned for it, odds are there is more to the story...

I believe the ban has been lifted, not sure if Sluff or Dom have removed it because I didn't see it in the list.  Let me know if it's not lifted for some reason.

i just wanna jump in for one thing col. said. yes col., you have banned someone for tking once, whatever you're reasoning behind it is i dont know and dont care, you're col. but yes, you have banned someone once for tking once. maybe it was because you were in spawn? anyway to ovek. ive played with him a few times. but then again ive never seen him talk or his personality. either hes quiet and reserved and knows his place, or he can be like digi in a heart beat. either way, for spawn tk's i ignore the first one because there's always the possibility for testing a shot or hitting ENTER accidentally while your in their sights. repeated tk's anywhere i jump on instantly. too bad i wasnt there
