he was banned for joining the server while locked. the reason he did is to talk to someone but wasn't on his friends list. I have had a word with Rook and i have the message saved if does do this again i told him i can't help. I S/Sgt. A. Spike am requesting the unban of Cpl. J. Rook [26th ID]

He can be unbanned, but 1 more time and he is banned permanently. Steam ID?
