one of our founding 8 members of the FSSF was unable to come to source because he doesnt have enough ram in his computer, we have inspected the computer and it will hold 2 gigs of DDR ram, he has 2 slots each slot will max at 1 gig of ram, if anyone has any ram they are willing to donate, or give up for a decent price please let us know, it has to be 2 1gb sticks of DDR ram,

if no one has the ram laying around we have found the ram with free shipping for around $52, if anyone can donate to this cause, we will accept any donations it doesnt have to be the full $52, please let us know ASAP so that we can get this great addition to our unit back online and running again

sincerly

the problem with ram is that it comes in "pairs" and its not good to take 2, 1 gb sticks from 2 locations and use them, they have to be bought together in the pairs and be exactly the same

this unit member is young and doesnt have a bank account so buying it at the very nice low price we found to order it online wouldnt be an option for him, which is why we have came up with other options

Well, I have a lot hardware just laying around, RAM, Video Nvidia and etc... My wife has been bugging me alot to get clean it up. If any of this stuff can help a fellow member let me know. Just email me the specification and I send you my specification of hardware I have on hand. Helping a fellow member is a good cause I believe in. Never know when a day comes when you need help.
When or if a unit paypal account is setup to help fellow FSSF members Please let me know by sending me the link to donate. I willing to donate to help my fellow FSSF members. I am here to help any way I can.

I am not entirely sure but I think it needs to be DDR2, not just regular DDR.
