Here are a few reasons you should think about joining us, if you are not in a unit.

[1] every one joins this unit with the rank of private.
[2] I keep records on every member, and points are given every week. When you have enough points, you are promoted.
[3] We have a Unit Policy Committee and almost all changes are voted on.
[4] There are issues that everyone gets to vote on, so all members of this unit have a say in what happens.
[5] The higher the rank, the better you had better be. In other words, I expect more from a sergeant then a private and even I have been given demerits. In this unit, having a higher rank does not mean you boss members around, it means you lead by example or you will be delt with. If this isn't fair, I don't know what is.
[6] If you like to scrim, we scrim almost every day. There has to be an admin in the server and if there is enough players to scrim, we scrim.
[7] Wether you are a nerd, geek, fat, skinny, girl, boy, man, woman, it's all okay. Your religious thoughts, the colour or your skin, and whatever else is fine with us and as long as you follow our unit's rules, you can be a member here. Last of all, I am not saying we are perfect. We do have problems like every other unit. I dont think I am the best captain in DOD but I do my best to be fair and to lead this unit to be the best it can be. If you are looking for a unit, think about what we stand for. Honour, ethics, duty, and discipline.
